There is no such thing as a neutral interaction.
“Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.” ~ Scott Adams
“Send your love into the future.” ~ Sting
Every choice comes from either love or fear.
Our week this week.

Thanks to everybody who came out to dance and who read the blog and who listened on Spotify and who connected about the power of choice and intention in our days. Together, we are sending out ripples of love!

Below are all the playlists from the week. Go to Spotify and follow me at “susanmcculley” and you’ll find my public playlists there, too. I’m excited and grateful for everybody who is listening and dancing at home! If you’re having trouble getting the site to work, please let me know. I’d love to figure it out with you. Please note also that Spotify doesn’t have all the music I have, so sometimes I’ll put up a different version of a song or skip it all together. EnJOY, everyBody!

Before the playlists, some announce-y type things:

As always, please let me know if you have questions or how I can help more.

Dance on. Shine on.

*** PLAYLIST NOTE: My playlists can also be found on Spotify by following “susanmcculley” (no space) and look for Public Playlists. Sometimes music is not available on Spotify so I may replace with another version or skip songs. What you find below is exactly what I used in class. ***

Love After Love by Derek Wolcott

The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other’s welcome,

and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you

all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,

the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.
