Welcome to Focus Pocus:  The Magic of Inquiry and Intent.  What began as a way for me to say more about the weekly focus and intent of my Nia classes, has become a way to connect with people (students and not) and to encourage them to take body~mind practices and mindfulness out into life.  It’s also a way for me to write regularly, which I love.
