Sat, Jun 13, 2020 ~ Dancing Water Daily ~ Ajna (Self-Guided) Practice: Making Friends with Breaking Habit


There are lots of great reasons to pay attention to and play with breaking habit – for both the body and the mind. Breaking habit is a willingness to feel uncomfortable – or what I call the “oogie” feeling. The more comfortable we can be with discomfort, the more possibilities are available to us and the more skillfully we can move through the world.

In today’s Ajna* (Self-Guided) practice, we’ll look at ways of noticing our habits and playing with feeling the oogie feeling of letting them go. Please find the video here.
* Ajna is a Sanskrit word that means “inner knowing” or “intuition” and is a chance for each of us to be our own teacher.
