Tue, April 14, 2020 ~ Dancing Water Daily ~ Nourishing Movement: Feel Calm and Pass it On

During World War II, the British government did a series of morale boosting posters to put up in public places around the country. One that they planned to use in the event of a German invasion of British soil, they created one that said: Keep Calm and Carry On.

Since the invasion never happened, the posters were never put up. (For a more complete story on the posters, go here.) Most were destroyed, but a handful were found and the phrase caught on like, well, a virus.







This week in the Dancing Water Daily Practices, we are focusing on the physical sensation of calm and the practice of allowing it to spread out in the body and beyond. My riff on the Keep Calm poster is: Feel Calm and Pass It On.
