Music & Other Gems Aug 6 – 9, 2018 – Embracing Transitions

Transitions are happening all the time. All. The. Time. Sometimes they are smooth and groovy and easy. Lots of times they aren’t. Embrace them all. They are life. The very life of life.

You can find this week’s Embracing Transitions playlists below. If you’d like to listen to them, you can find almost all the music on Spotify where you can listen for free! Please let me know if you have any questions about any of the music we dance to!

But first, here are some things I know you want to know about:
ACAC Downtown closing this Weekend
The Charlottesville Downtown location will close at 6pm on Friday, August 10 and reopen at 5am on Monday, August 13. No Nia with Mary Linn on Friday night, with Anne Wolf on Saturday, or with Rachel Horsley on Sunday.
Susan McCulley and I will team teach a healing-focused class on Saturday, August 11, 12:30-1:45pm and Monday, August 13, 10:45am-noon, both at Albemarle Square.
Jeanne Catherine will teach a class focused on  Hope, Love & Faith  on Sunday, August 12 as usual at Albemarle Square from 12:45-1:45pm.

Buddha Cat: Learning Awareness, Presence & Self-Care from a Teacher Who Sometimes Barf on the Bed ~ My First Book!
The Buddha Cat adventure continues: The printer says the books will be finished on August 17! So I’m working like the dickens to get ordering set up. Sign up to be a Buddha Cat Backer and I’ll tell you exactly how you can help spread delight and insight (plus, you’ll get free shipping and more goodies). Please go to www.susanmcculley.com and sign up today! Even better: share this with a friend or two and send the ripple out even further! Thank you for coming along for the ride with me — I am so grateful.

Free 3-Part training series of videos from Cecily Armstrong
For the past several months, Cecily Armstrong has been helping me on a healing process that has changed my relationship with food, my body and myself. Her work has helped me get a deeper understanding of nutrition and intuitive connection to what my body-self really needs and wants. She is deeply grounded in the science of nutrition as well as energy healing and other healing modalities. Now she is offering a 3-part training series called: Decoding your body’s wisdom; Stop second-guessing what to do with your diet to look and feel amazing. Please follow this link to get access to all three videos! If this resonates even a little, please do this for yourself.

As always, please let me know if you have questions or how I can help more.
Dance on. Shine on.
