Music & Other Gems Dec 26-29, 2016 + Jan 1, 2017– Eyes: Panic, Patience, Peace

what-are-you-looking-at-122816
Years ago, a sculptor friend came over for lunch and asked for a tour of the garden. We walked all around the property but I never even noticed the sculpture that she had planted there, right in plain view, as a gift. I looked but I did not see.

Most of the time, we use our physical eyes unconsciously without necessarily noticing how or sometimes even what we’re looking at. This week, we focused on bringing mindfulness to our eyes and noticing what we’re looking at and how we’re looking at it. We can do the same for anything in our lives — a relationship, a problem, an illness, an adventure. What are you looking at, what is residing most in your mind, and how are you looking at it?

The playlists from the week are below or you can listen to them by going to Spotify! Dance for free at Spotify! Sign up, follow me at “susanmcculley” and you’ll find my public playlists ~ just click and listen!
