When Things Go Wrong

My husband, Frank, and I traveled for most of the summer of 2015 in our little camper called Le Que. After Frank’s debilitating back injury last summer, we didn’t want to wait anymore. We wanted to do an experiment, similar in intention to Thoreau’s, in simplifying. We sold a big house and are moving into a smaller one. For six weeks, we traveled to state and provincial parks to hike and bike and be in nature. For most of that time we have been out of WiFi InterWebs connection but all the while, I’ve been thinking and writing and taking pictures…
