Susan’s Playlists May 4-9, 2015 ~ Don’t Just Sit There

don't just sit there classroom paul simonSitting for long periods of time is a killer: it creates imbalanced tight and weak muscle pairs and a whole slew of other health issues. The antidote? Move regularly and with awareness and variety. Take time to move mindfully every day and get up from desk or out of your car at least once an hour. And shake it up ~ change how you do what you do to support a happy and healthy body!

We did a lot of all of that this week: what with Paul Simon and Cinco de Mayo and Peter Gabriel and Saturday! Below are all the playlists from the week. Go to Spotify and follow me at “susanmcculley” and you’ll find my public playlists there, too. Thanks to everybody who is listening and dancing at home! If you’re having trouble getting the site to work, please let me know. I’d love to figure it out with you. Just so you know, if you are using the Spotify app for mobile devices, the program inserts “recommended” music that is not from my original playlist. Please note also that Spotify doesn’t have all the music I have, so sometimes I’ll put up a different version of a song or skip it all together. EnJOY, everyBody!

Before the playlists, some announce-y type things:
