100 Words: No Try

Yoda and I argue for eliminating the word “try” from our vocabulary.

Eliminate “try” for impeccability ~ as Yoda says, you’re either doing it or you’re not.
Eliminate “try” for intention ~ pave the way for what you want to create.
Eliminate “try” for energy ~ feel the difference when you say it and when you don’t (and when others do).
Eliminate “try” for mindfulness ~ notice your words and experiment with using other words or phrases (one of my favorites: “I’m doing my best to…”).

Let go of “try.”
