Our ability to witness ourselves ~ to notice how we do what we do ~ is an essential skill both for visioning the life changes we’d like to create and for foreseeing the obstackles that may trip us up. Below is a week of music from a week of Obstackles which includes this song (thanks, Laura Parsons!) that has delighted me all week.

Mary Linn has gone back to teaching her classes this week which is both amazing and a blessing. Of course, life for her and her family continues to be an emotional land mine, and again amazingly, she is walking it with grace and authenticity. I am so grateful for the love and support that continues to flow to her. It is still much needed. The current meal schedule is full and needs may shift in the coming weeks. I’ll keep you posted about that on this blog and you can check here and here for information. Donations are still needed and welcome as the realness of lawyers and legal proceedings and therapy of all kinds continues.

As always, please let me know how I can help more.

Dance on. Shine on.

Susan sig
