100 Words: Sharing What You Sense
Principle 13: Sharing What You Sense
“The way we inhabit our bodies, the way we pay attention to sensation, has huge implications on how we show up in the world.” ~ Amanda Blake
Sharing What You Sense is a cocktail of all the previous principles: two parts receiving, one part transmitting.
Listen ~ to the people around you, to the sounds around you, to the intuition within you.
Embody ~ bring your whole self to whatever you are doing.
Share ~ share something from that moves you.
No matter who you are or what you do, be a teacher. Share yourself.

Another wonderful, poignant piece from Susan at FocusPocus. I love the way she simplifies Nia and makes it so accessible.
