100 Words: Rushing Refugee (or Choosing to Savor)

Turns out that my addiction to rushing, to cramming every day chock full, is deeply-rooted. Balancing what I “have” to do (a belief worth questioning) with what I want to do looks like a lot of running around. And under that is a belief that my value and worth as a person is directly related to how much I accomplish.

What’s the point, though, if I’m not really present for what I do?
