In Karate Kid, Daniel learned “Wax on. Wax off.” This week we learned “Socks on. Socks off.” How does the movement we do in the studio flow out into our everyday movement and how does our daily movement flow back to the practice? I invite you to dissolve the walls of the studio and play with embodying Principle 5 of the Nia Technique: Dance Through Life.
