Costa Rica Focus Pocus ~ Feb 17
Our last day in the cloud forest region, so we went back to the crown jewel: Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. It was beautiful as ever with some sun coming through the canopy and lots of cool air blowing through.
We hiked the trails we’d missed the first time and on one “natural” (read, muddy and slippery) I stopped to do a little yoga.
At the very end of the day we came across some capuchin (white-faced) monkeys tearing the bromeliads apart in search of crickets and other delights. A couple even had babies on their backs. Which was very exciting.
