100 Words: Jive to the Hip

jive to hip 4In some countries, folks squat to read the newspaper.  Not here.

Too bad since moving hips are healthy hips and are sources of strength and energy.  The strongest joint, hips are ball and sockets surrounded by muscle.  So … mobile, strong and stable.

What do YOU do with your hips?  More movement, more balance:  in body and emotions!

Hip movement strengthens abs, back, leg and pelvic muscles!   Well worth the effort.

We could do it as kids, we can do it now!   (Auntie shows off niece Olivia, again)

C’mon!  Let go and wag your tail!  Give some jive to the hip!
