Fitness industry implies people need fixing.
Change is great … but happiness is an inside job.
If change = SOURCE of happiness, then I’m missing what’s good now and won’t be happy after change. If change from happiness and appreciation = present for the process and (just as) happy when the change happens.
Nia Principle 7 allows varied physical intensity and can increase challenge of movement. BUT harder is not better.
The Body’s Way = responsive, caring for NOW self – no changes. Paradox: from there lasting change – and happiness — happens.
