Susan’s Nia Playlists for the week of January 23 – 28, 2012

Monday, January 23, 2012, 1045am ~ Core Galore: Covers Uncovers
This is a routine that I created a year or so ago that explores the things we think we know and what different takes on the usual feel like.  Every song is a cover of a familiar song, and whenever I teach it, I play with the freedance after Higher Ground (this time a cover of Slim Harpo’s Shake Your Hips in honor of the focus on the core) and the last “chill out” song (inspired by my friend, Pam, who loves herself some Dylan).
